Orders & Payments

Because our orders process very quickly once submitted, we are unable to change your address or shipping method or modify or cancel an order that you have already placed.

However, returning your purchase is easy. For additional information, please email us

All items in the sale category, One-Of-A-Kind Crystals and Large Crystals are final sale and cannot be returned. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined or stacked upon one another; only one can be used per order. Discount codes and promotions are not valid on subscription items.

Credit Cards- We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Check and U.S. Money Orders. We do not accept Cash or Travelers Checks.

PayPal - Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a
PayPal account. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

Store credit and gift certificates- Of course, you can also use store
credit or a gift certificate / gift code. Each gift certificate carries a gift code you can easily enter when completing checkout. Click here to find out more about gift certificates. Our E-Gift Cards are instantly delivered via e-mail, redeemable on our website, and they never expire!

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order we ship out is authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

We recommend for all international orders that you use the Paypal option to process international credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to use that option! Just choose the Paypal option, and then enter your credit card number.

For all domestic orders within the continental United States:

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package. International shipments require the customer to claim their package at the nearest customs facility. You will be responsible for paying any duty fees, which will be determined upon pick up of your order.

As you checkout, you will have the option to select expedited options, if you are eligible. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.

Please allow a processing time of 3 to 5 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship (this is only for processing, pulling and packing your order; this does not include transit time). With larger crystals, it may take a little longer to pack and ship your order; we want to ensure your crystal arrives safe and sound! During peak shopping periods, processing time may take longer. 

Oescus does not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on stock availability. We will notify you via email if this is the case with your order.

Normally, transit times are typically 2 to 7 business days within the continental US and up to 3-5 weeks for international delivery.

- Orders shipping via Ground may take 7 to 14 business days to be delivered.

- Orders shipping via expedited methods arrive in about 2-7 business days (depending on the method selected). 

- International Orders may take up to 5 weeks to arrive.

- Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.

Once the package has been picked up and transferred to the shipping provider, Oescus is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend following your tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order. If you are on a deadline or a strict timeline, we highly recommend looking into expedited shipping options, as even if you live locally, there are significant delays with ground shipping.

When you receive your shipping notification email, you may see that the tracking information says the label has been created and the carrier is "awaiting item." Your order has been handed over to the carrier but it can take a while for them to update the tracking. Please allow 10-14 business days, and let us know if there's no further movement within that time frame. 

If you have any other questions about your order, please email with these delays in mind. 

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped (the weight) and how quickly you wish to receive your package International shipments require the customer to claim their package at the nearest customs facility. You will be responsible for paying any duty fees, which will be determined upon pick up of your order.

Please allow up to 3-5 weeks for your shipment to arrive internationally, depending on the shipping method you choose when you place your order. We do our best to get our packages out as fast as we can!

However, after your package leaves the Oesucs headquarters, we have no control over the speed to which it arrives at your doorstep.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! See below for details on our return policy. 

Do you offer returns? 

It depends. All Sale Items and items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. Furthermore, due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals, select crystals will be final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page).

We generally offer returns for our bracelets, necklaces and most crystals (unless specified in Details on the product page or purchased during a sale/promotion) within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. 

All earrings, bath and body products, sprays and mists, candles and clearing tools (sage sticks, incense cones and sticks and resins) are final sale and not eligible for return.

How do I start the return process? 

To request a return:

  • Head to our website and log into your account. 
  • Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it. 
  • In the upper right hand corner, there will be a “Request Return” button. 
  • Click on the button and fill out the questions to follow. 
  • Once you finish, our customer service team will review your request and either approve or deny it. 
  • If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a shipping label to send back your merchandise to our warehouse. 

When do I need to ship the merchandise back to Oescus? 

The merchandise must be shipped back to us within the aforementioned 30-day window of receiving your package, once your return has been approved.

Are shipping charges refundable? 

No, they are not. 

Is there a restocking fee? 

Orders of $200+ will incur a 10% restocking fee. 

If there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers make for happy crystals!

We recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Oescus Jewelry to replace it.

Please follow the instructions emailed to you once your return is accepted.

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

Oescus offers a jewelry warranty of 90-days. If your jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, Oescus will honor a one-time replacement of that piece (or one of equivalent value if the item is out of stock) due to a production defect.

Please email a photo of your piece to within that time period. Then, we will send you an entirely new piece. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement piece to ship out.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product.  

Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process - they are logged into our system every Thursday.

Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Gifting Oescus

Gift cards can be redeemed during checkout. When filling out your payment information, place your gift code in the gift card or discount code box, and hit apply. Once you click “APPLY”, your total will be adjusted.

We do not include an invoice or receipt in any packaged order that is shipped out. If your package is a gift, they will not receive any information about the value of the package contents.

We want to be assured that our crystals are of the highest quality, and that they were obtained in a loving way. While buying crystals in mass quantities from certain sources may result in a lower cost, we prioritize the authenticity, energetic integrity and ethical sourcing of our crystals above all else.

At the end of the day, we buy from someone we trust, and we want you to do the same. So whether you’re looking through your local crystal shop, or shopping online, make sure that the stones you’re looking to handle and place in your home are coming from a source you trust.

Crystal FAQs

Choosing a crystal can be overwhelming. There are so many options! How do you know which one you need at this moment? Healing with crystals is a very individualized experience. You may really connect with a particular crystal, while someone else may gravitate towards a different crystal—even if you’re using the crystal for the same intention. 

Finding the right stone is like any practice of wellness. It requires patience while you quiet the mind and realign the mind/body balance. Hold the stone in your hand and quietly think of your intention. Notice if you feel sensations such as hot or cold, pulsations, or calmness and tranquility. These are all signs that this particular rock is perfect for your healing needs.

First you want to cleanse your crystals. Then you want to set your intention for your crystal or jewelry. Once you’ve done both of those things, you can explore the different ways to use crystals.

Once you've picked out your crystal or jewelry, it's important that you cleanse it to clear the energy of the many hands that touched it before you.

We recommend running a new crystal under clean water and then placing it outside under the sun or moon for a few hours.

Next, light some sage or frankincense resin on charcoal and infuse the crystal or jewelry in the sacred smoke.

Lastly, to clear any lingering or stagnant energy in the crystal, place it in a room with high-vibrational music playing like mantras.

We find this simple four-step process of water, sun or moon energy, sacred smoke, and music cleanses the crystals on a multi-vibrational level.

Intentions help us invite a specific energy and goal into our life. Sometimes daily intentions are designed to contribute to a larger, longer-term goal, such as an intention of meditating daily to have better health. Other times intentions are mindsets purely for that specific day or moment, like expressing gratitude for a person or situation.

Setting intentions allows you to connect with the energy of your crystal or jewelry to help bring your goals or mental shifts to life.

Using healing crystals is simple. There is no right or wrong ways to use them.
Here are a few of our favorite ways to use them:

- Hold them in your hands and try meditating with crystals.
- Create a crystal grid.
- Design a sacred space for meditation.
- Carry crystals in your pocket or purse.
- Lay crystals on your bodyBring crystals with you to yoga class.
- Use crystals as home décor to add positive energy

Crystals work to amplify the energy you are putting out into the universe. In order for the crystal to work, you have to work. Set your intention each morning and connect with its energy. Cleanse your crystal often and put out the energy you wish to receive. Then be patient.

The crystals will bring you what you need exactly when you need it. Be open to receiving in a way that is different than you expected. For example, to bring in wealth, you may set the intention of working hard and earning a promotion, however the universe may guide you to a new venture. Keep an open mind and notice what signs the universe is sending your way to guide you.

Also keep in mind that healing and "the work" isn’t always unicorns and rainbows. You may have experience a lot of emotions or be confronted with things you don’t wish to face, which are energetic blocks. By connecting with your crystal to keep you calm, centered and knowing during this time and allowing these things to be addressed, you’ll be able move forward.

Once you are able to break through these blocks, you’ll experience a clear message on how to achieve your intention.

While the energetic healing properties of your crystal will remain the same regardless of shape, size, color, or texture, each experience you have with these crystals may differ.

Before you combine different crystals, start by using one at a time. Set your intention for your first crystal and use it for 10 days. Notice how its energy affects your day, your mind, and your spirit.

These vibrant stones are created in-part by mother nature, and in-part by human craftsmanship. By heat treating quartz with platinum or gold, a radiant shade of colors emerges.

The result is a crystal bond that holds the healing properties of both quartz and the precious metal it was bonded with.

Creating a sacred space is just about dedicating a specific area to the rejuvenation of your spirit. For some people, that may mean creating asacred altar, while for others it might just be a meditation pillow in a peaceful area of your home, or a spot outside that feels tranquil to you.

Over time, when you go to the same place to do prayers, meditate, or do whatever healing work that speaks to you, there’s an energy that builds up. It triggers your mind to feel soothed the moment you enter that space because it subconsciously recognizes it as a space of relief.

Whatever relics, crystals or sacred objects you place in this space will hold that energy for you. It doesn’t have to be ornate.

Jewelry FAQ's

At this time, we do not make custom designs. Each piece of jewelry was designed by crystal expert, Joyo Orutz, with a specific crystal formula to best supercharge the wearer's intention.

At this time, we do not make custom bracelet sizes.

Most Oescus Jewelry is unisex. Some of the necklaces and bracelets have various size options though. For necklaces, the most common length for women is 18". The most common length for men is 21.5".

For bracelets, the most common size for women is the 7.5" and for men is the 8".

If you are still unsure about what size to buy, use a piece of string to measure the size of your wrist. Make the string fit like you'd want your piece to fit. Measure your string with a ruler and choose the size that is the closest to that measurement!

For our Single Stone Bracelets, here is the difference in bead count per size:
Small: Approximately 22-23 beads
Medium: Approximately 23-24 beads
Large: Approximately 24-25 beads

We do notrecommend you wear your jewelry in water or get it wet repeatedly. Over time, water and moisture can break down the stringing materials used to create your piece and cause it to break. 

Before you combine wearing different crystal healing jewelry pieces,
start by using one at a time. Set your intention for your first piece
and use it for 10 days. Notice how its energy affects your day, your
mind and spirit.

Even though your jewelry is cleansed before you receive it, it is
still very important that you take the time to cleanse your jewelry
before you wear it. There are many ways you can cleanse your jewelry!
Here are our top 4 ways that we recommend:

Place your jewelry on the soil or branches of a healthy houseplant for 24 hours.Place your jewelry outside under the sun or full moon for at least 4 hours.Steadily hold your jewelry in the smoke of a burning Sage stick or Palo Santo stick until your piece becomes still.Lay your jewelry on a piece of Selenite or Quartz Crystal for at least 6 hours.

There are three energy channels in your body known as nadis,
which travel up the left, right and center of your body. Each of these
energy channels controls different aspects of yourself, and by wearing
healing crystals on different sides of the body, you can bring extra
energy to those energy channels.

The left side of your body is your receiving side, dealing with your
internal self. This is where your habits, motivation (or lack of) and
emotions reside. When you wear jewelry on this side of your body, you
can make internal shifts or invite specific energy into your life. 

The right side of your body drives your action. Wearing crystals on
this side of your body aids in your productivity and controls the energy
you put out into the world. This is your giving side. To decide what
side of the body to wear your bracelet, you really have to tune into
yourself and know deeply what is at the root of your blockage.

This is just a guideline! Trust your intuition and go with what feels that best.
